Capgemini reinforces presence in Eastern Europe with new acquisitions

Government will always need management consultants
By now everyone has become reconciled with the idea that there’s a tough year ahead but how tough is a big question. In the private sector, consultancy budgets are very much viewed as “discretionary spend”, but at least in the short-term companies are going to need to do a lot of work that they will struggle to manage without assistance.
