Over 1,000 candidates and recruiters took part in Top-Consultant's 2013 survey of the management consultancy recruitment market. The resulting report - to be published in March - will reveal expected hiring volumes in consulting for the coming year, together with insights into the role social media is playing in the recruitment market and the share of candidate applications being generated by different channels.

Today saw survey participants invited to hear the key findings from this year's results - in a briefing given by Top-Consultant Founder Tony Restell. Alongside an upbeat assessment of the hiring climate for 2013, Tony shared the recruitment firms and individual recruiters who have received the most praise from consulting candidates in this latest survey.

The recruitment firm rankings for 2013 were as follows:

1st - Beament Leslie Thomas

2nd = Selecture

2nd = Consulting Point

4th = Michael Warwick Nicholls

4th = Prism

6th - Huntswood

7th = Comms Point

7th = ChapmanBlack

9th - CNA Executive


A special mention goes to Beament Leslie Thomas (BLT) who have now secured this accolade for an unprecedented 5th consecutive year. Congratulations to Don Leslie and all the team there for this achievement.



Top Individual Recruiters in the Management Consultancy Sector

In addition, candidates singled out 11 individual recruiters for particular praise. Congratulations go to:
