Dell to acquire Perot Systems for $3.9 billion
Computer maker Dell has agreed to acquire IT services provider Perot Systems for approximately $3.9 billion (£2.4bn) in a cash transaction the companies are calling a “compelling combination of two iconic information-technology brands.”
