Q2 M&A activity in IT professional services sector up 15%
Buyouts in IT professional services sector increased with 14.7% in the second quarter of 2007, according to M&A strategic advisory firm Lyndhurst Partners.
Lyndhurst Partners have identified a total of 86 transactions in the second quarter of 2007 in the sector, detailing their findings in the current Lyndhurst Partners Review, their quarterly newsletter discussing M&A activity in the IT Professional Services sector.

Ordina to acquire Belgium's ITG Consulting Group
The Netherlands-based Ordina said the acquisition of the Belgian business consulting group is in line with its ambition to be Belgium's Number 1 provider of Information and communications technology services in 2010. Ordina also reported a 21% increase in revenues for the first half of 2007.
