European recognition follows company’s no.1 position in UK. Baringa Partners ranks 5th in European Great Place to Work listings LONDON, DUSSELDORF –- Baringa Partners LLP, the management consultancy that specialises in the energy, financial services and utilities markets, has been named as the fifth best place to work in Europe by the Great Place to Work Institute in its SME category. This achievement follows the company’s third consecutive number one placement in the UK. 2012 marks Baringa’s sixth consecutive year in the Best Workplaces rankings, and comes off the back of being awarded Laureate status last year. Baringa Partners clinched the UK’s top spot for the first time in the 2010 Best Workplaces awards, having been placed second in 2008 and 2009. In addition to its number one Great Place to Work ranking in the UK and fifth place listing in Europe, Baringa received further external endorsement, this time for client work, by being named Energy Risk’s ‘Consultancy of the Year’. Europe’s Best Workplaces List ranks the top 100 European organisations to work for. More than 10 million employees within 5,500 organisations are involved in The Best Workplaces Programme, making it the largest of its kind worldwide.
