Roland Berger opens new office in Seoul MUNICH -- Roland Berger Strategy Consultants has opened a new office in Seoul, South Korea. The strategy consultancy now has 46 offices in 34 countries in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Africa and the Middle East. Opening the Seoul Office is another step of Roland Berger's growth in Asia as well as its continuing global expansion, after the firm opened offices like Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta in the last 12 months, besides an office in Lagos, Nigeria. South Korea is among the leading Asian economies in terms of growth and innovation. Roland Berger's Seoul Office, along with other Asian offices will be working with Roland Berger's experts from around the world, to provide international service across all industries for the multinational companies in the region. "South Korea's economy, its export strength, and connectivity to China and Japan is of increasing importance to multinationals. There are well established sectors like Automotive or Electronics and South Korea's government-led Growth Strategy will add more," says Martin Tonko, the Partner leading the development effort. "The new Seoul Office will tap into these fast-growing markets while at the same time closing a gap in our Asian coverage," adds Ken Mori, Chairman of the Korean Office.
