LONDON -- Nigel Bromley is a Chartered Director with a strong track record of developing businesses within the utilities, energy and environmental sectors in the UK and Europe. He founded, and is now the Non-Executive Chairman of Gemserv, a leading market structure change agent within the industries it serves. He also led Gemserv’s acquisition and substantial re-development of Red Island Consulting, a leading global information security company.
